Digital träning sker i samarbete med REGION JÄMTLAND/HÄRJEDALEN, ESTRAD NORR och MOSKOSEL THE CREATIVE LAB.

BIO / Valeriya Koptseva– Ukrainian dancer, choreographer and teacher. I`ve started my teaching story in 2011. It`s all began from the thought «How does my body dance, not how it was taught to dance». That`s the point where my exploration path has started. I spent hours-days and weeks discovering my movement, creating tasks for myself, setting new and new challenges. All these efforts gave me an opportunity to find my own style. Than I moved to the capital and started my professional dancer`s career. Shootings, music videos for the Ukrainian artists, performing and choreographing for a stage. 6 years ago we found Atmosphere Dance Camp – a huge international event for dancers all over the World, holding in Ukraine.

KLASS / During the toughest moments in my life l always make myself move. Forcibly. I’m getting closer through my body. And I find stillness and acceptance in my mind as a result. This is a power of the movement that was given to me and that I’d like to share with people. Through the improv practices we will build this connection: body-mind-soul. We will get know ourselves better, we will get rid of the muscles clamps and tension. We will explore our bodies, space, partners. We will work on our own, in pairs, in groups. Those exercises will stay with you and can be used through the life. You can modify it with the help of your imagination, but still this is a permanent path of your exploration. I`ll give you tools to seek for the new forms and sensations within your body.
